By accessing or using InatUni’s website and learning platform, whether as a learner or an educator, you agree to use the platform responsibly, lawfully, and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, the Code of Conduct, and all applicable policies. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login details and for all activities carried out under your account, and you must notify InatUni promptly if you suspect any unauthorised access or use. You must not misuse the platform, interfere with or disrupt other users’ access, attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts or systems, upload or share unlawful or harmful content, or attempt to bypass or circumvent any security or access controls. Educators further agree to use the platform in a professional manner, to protect learner data, and to comply with all applicable academic, safeguarding, accessibility, and data protection obligations. InatUni reserves the right to investigate suspected misuse and to suspend or terminate access to the platform where these obligations are breached, in accordance with its Terms and applicable law.
How we provide access to our courses, learning programs, features and digital content:
InatUni delivers courses, training programmes, and digital learning resources primarily through online platforms, and access to these materials may be subject to payment, enrolment eligibility, course start and end dates, or subscription and access terms. Learners and educators are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use InatUni content solely for personal learning, teaching, instructional purposes, or for the development of educational content, and in accordance with these Terms, applicable course rules, and any partner or awarding body requirements.
Educators are provided with access to specific tools, features, and resources that enable them to create, manage, and customise their own courses and training materials. Educators may also be permitted to offer and sell their courses to learners globally (only via InatUni platform), subject to InatUni’s platform rules, revenue-sharing arrangements, and any applicable laws and regulations.
Access to courses, training programs, or digital resources may be restricted, suspended, or revoked without entitlement to compensation where a subscription or access period expires, a refund or cancellation is issued in line with InatUni’s policies, an enrolment or educator engagement ends, these Terms or related policies are breached, or where required for legal, regulatory, or operational reasons. No ownership rights in any content or materials are transferred, and all intellectual property rights remain with InatUni and/or its partners
While the full Terms and Conditions set out below apply in full to all learners, educators, partners, and other users of the InatUni platform, we have provided a summary of the key points for convenience and ease of understanding. This summary is provided for guidance purposes only and does not form part of the legally binding agreement between you and InatUni Ltd. Website use
All content on the InatUni website is used under licence. While much of the content is owned by our Partner institutions, InatUni manages and controls access to it, and all learners and educators are expected to respect these materials.
You may Not commercialise the website or its content. This means you cannot use it to generate revenue, promote advertising, or advance another business
You are free to Share the inatuni homepage url with others. However, if you link to specific sections of the website, reproduce, or copy content, you must clearly acknowledge the source
InatUni is Not responsible for content, viruses, malware, or other issues that may exist on external websites to which we provide links
You may Not use software, devices, or scripts to scrape content from the website, interfere with its operation, or bypass access controls
InatUni complies with all applicable Uk privacy and data protection laws. Personal information is collected and processed Only for lawful and specific purposes, kept only as long as necessary, maintained as accurately as possible, and stored securely. Registering on our or partners institutions courses
Eligibility and registration:
Partner Institutions may have their own eligibility criteria, terms, and procedures. You must meet these criteria to register for their courses on the InatUni platform. Credits, certificates, or other recognition for course completion are awarded by the Partner Institution / Awarding Body. Contact them directly if you experience any issues.
Digital certification:
Courses may provide digital-only certification, which will be indicated at the time of purchase or registration.
Physical certificates are available Only if requested by the learner and may incur a fee and postage charges. Delivery options and costs will be provided at the time of ordering.
Content ownership and use – learners:
Course content is provided for personal or business learning purposes only. You may Not adapt, reproduce, or distribute content to others.
You may post your own content on the platform. While you retain ownership, you grant InatUni a licence to use, display, and sublicense it for purposes related to the website or course.
You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe third-party rights; you may be liable for any losses or damages arising from such infringement.
Content ownership and use – educators:
Educators may develop their own content and use InatUni course content to create or deliver educational materials.
Educators may sell or offer this content to learners Using the inatuni platform only, in compliance with copyright and licensing rules.
Use of ai tools:
All submissions, comments, and materials must be original or properly attributed. Use of AI-generated content (e.g., ChatGPT) is Only permitted if explicitly allowed by a course or platform feature.
Learners may not submit AI-generated content as their own work unless authorised; educators must not present AI-generated teaching materials as original without proper disclosure.
InatUni reserves the right to moderate, remove, or summarise AI-generated content if it creates confusion, misrepresentation, or breaches the Code of Conduct.
Attribution and academic integrity:
Any work quoting, referencing, or building upon another source (including other learners or educators) must clearly credit the original author.
AI-assisted tools must be disclosed if used where permitted, and external sources must be cited appropriately, including URLs where applicable.
Contract
These Terms govern your use of the InatUni Ltd Website and all Online Content and Courses, whether as a Visitor, learner, or educator.
Educators are permitted to use the InatUni platform to Develop and deliver their own content, and to leverage content available on the platform to create educational materials for learners, including for sale, Exclusively via the inatuni platform.
Learners may access Online Content and Courses for personal or professional learning purposes, following all course rules, including AI-use policies and Code of Conduct.
Digital certification: Courses may provide digital-only certification, as indicated at the time of purchase. Physical certificates are available only if requested, and may incur additional costs for production and postage. InatUni and Partner Institutions are not obliged to provide physical certificates
Original work & ai use: All submissions, assignments, and comments by learners or educators must be original or properly attributed. The use of Generative ai tools (e.g., ChatGPT) is only allowed if explicitly authorised within a course or activity. AI-generated content submitted as original work without disclosure may be treated as a breach of academic or professional integrity.
Educators and learners are responsible for Proper attribution when using others’ content, including other learners, educators, or external sources, with URLs or references where reasonably possible.
Use of the platform implies acceptance of InatUni’s Terms and applicable Policies, including Privacy, Cookies, Refund, and Accessibility & Inclusion policies.

In these Terms, references to “we” or “us” are to Inatuni ltd, a company incorporated in England and Wales (registered number: 15928453) with its registered address at Creech Castle, The Keep, Bathpool, Taunton, England, TA1 2DX, United Kingdom.
References to “you” or “your” mean you, whether you are a Learner, educator or a Visitor to our Website.
InatUni provides Online content and courses in partnership with universities, institutions, and other organisations from around the world (“Partner Institutions / Awarding bodies”).

2. Using the website and conduct
Compliance with terms: By using the InatUni website, Online Content, and Courses, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Policies. Access to the platform is strictly prohibited for anyone under the Age of 16.
Acceptable use: You agree to use the website and courses responsibly, lawfully, and only for personal learning, professional development, or content delivery as permitted. You must not:
Harm InatUni, our Partner Institutions / Awarding Bodies, other users, or third parties, either financially or reputationally.
Use the platform for commercial purposes outside the scope of educator permissions without prior written approval.
Interfere with security features, attempt to bypass restrictions, or misuse the website or content in any way
Post content that infringes on the rights of others, is illegal, offensive, or harmful
Transmit viruses, malware, spam, or any other software or code that could damage the website, content, or devices of other users
Impersonate other users, misrepresent your identity, or attempt to access accounts that do not belong to you
Use automated tools, such as robots, scripts, or spiders, to collect content, disrupt the website, or overload the system
You are responsible for any consequences resulting from failure to comply with these obligations.
Learner content: If you post content on the platform (e.g., forum posts, messages, assignments), you retain ownership of your material but grant InatUni a licence to use it in connection with running the website and courses. You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe the rights of others.
Educator content use: Educators are permitted to use the InatUni platform to develop their own learning content. Educators may:
Use content available on InatUni, including courses and resources, as reference or inspiration for creating their own educational materials.
Develop and deliver their own courses, lessons, or learning experiences using the InatUni platform
Offer courses or learning materials to learners for access or sale Exclusively via the inatuni platform, subject to these Terms and Policies.
Educators must respect copyright, intellectual property, and content ownership rights when creating and distributing their own materials.
Exposure to partner content: While we strive to provide high-quality courses, you may encounter content from Partner Institutions that is inaccurate, offensive if taken out of context, or otherwise objectionable. InatUni is not responsible for any claims arising from such content.
Changes to the website and courses: InatUni may modify, remove, or suspend the website or courses (in whole or in part) at any time without prior notice.
Responsibility: You are solely responsible for complying with these Terms and Policies. You accept that InatUni is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your misuse of the platform or failure to follow these rules.
3. Registration and accounts
Creating an account: Anyone can browse the InatUni website, but to fully participate in courses, access Premium features, or create and deliver content, you must register for an account. Learners register as Learner accounts, while educators register as Educator accounts. During registration, you will provide your name, email address, and create a pass
Additional information: During registration, you may be asked to provide additional information such as date of birth, location, professional background, or areas of interest. This information helps us personalise the learning experience, connect learners with relevant content, and allows educators to tailor their course offerings.
Accuracy of information: You promise that all information you provide is accurate, up-to-date, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining and updating your account details to ensure they remain correct and for keeping your account secure.
Learner and educator responsibilities: By registering for an InatUni account, you agree that you will:
Only have one account per user and not create multiple accounts.
Not allow anyone else to use your account.
Complete assignments, assessments, or course interactions honestly and not cheat, plagiarise, or share solutions.
Report immediately to InatUni by contacting support@inatuni.com if you become aware of cheating, breaches of these Terms, or misuse of content.
For educators only:You may use the platform to develop, deliver, and sell your own content to learners through the InatUni platform. You may also use content available on the site to support your own course development, provided you comply with InatUni’s content policies and copyright rules. Educators are prohibited from distributing content outside the platform without explicit permission.
Subscription and access: Both learners and educators may access InatUni via standard registration or Premium Access subscription plans, which provide additional features, course materials, and content creation tools as applicable.
Consequences of breaches: If you violate these rules such as creating multiple accounts, sharing your account, cheating, or misusing content we may temporarily or permanently revoke your access to courses, content creation tools, or stop your participation entirely.
4. Course providers
Access to courses: InatUni may provide certain courses and online content to registered learners, employees of Partner Institutions / Awarding bodies, educational institutions, corporates, sponsors, non-profits, or individual learners (collectively, “Course Providers”).
Partner institution terms: Your access to these courses may be subject to the terms, policies, and procedures of the relevant Course Provider, in addition to InatUni’s Terms. If you are taking a course for credit, certification, or other formal recognition (“Accreditation”) through a Partner Institution, you acknowledge that:
The Partner Institution may have its own rules about eligibility, participation, prerequisites, and educational records.
Your educational records are maintained by the Partner Institutions / Awarding bodies, not by InatUni, including records related to course completion and Accreditation.
Changes to courses: InatUni and the Course Administrator reserve the right to Cancel, interrupt, reschedule, or modify any course content, assignments, quizzes, tests, any other assessment type or evaluations without prior notice.
Products and certificates: Some courses may offer digital or other products, such as statements, certificates, or acknowledgments (“Products”), based on your performance as determined by the Course Administrator or Partner Institution. Unless explicitly stated, these Products are Not affiliated with a university or certifying institution and do not provide academic credit. InatUni and the Course Administrator are not responsible for ensuring any course is recognized by the Partner Institutions / Awarding bodies.
Accreditation: If you are taking a course for accreditation or endorsed course/s, it may only be awarded Directly by the partner institution / awarding body according to its policies. You may need to be enrolled with the Partner Institution to receive Accreditation. InatUni has No authority or responsibilityfor awarding accreditation or endorsement.
Study materials: InatUni may provide revision books or study aids for purchase, including links to third-party websites to facilitate these purchases.
Invitations from organisations: A Partner Institution /Awarding Body, employer, or other organisation may invite you to join a course or their organisation on InatUni. By accepting such invitations, you agree to follow any additional terms, policies, or procedures provided by the inviting organisation.
Digital and physical certification: Some Courses may provide digital-only certification, which will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase. InatUni Ltd and any Partner Institutions or Awarding Bodies are Not obliged to provide a physical certificate as part of course completion unless expressly stated otherwise
Where a Physical certificate is available, it will be Optional and may be ordered by the Learner separately via the website or their Learner account. Physical certificates are subject to additional fees, which will be clearly displayed at the point of order. These fees may include Printing, handling, and applicable postage or delivery charges, which will vary depending on the selected delivery option and destination.
Learners are responsible for ensuring that their delivery details are accurate at the time of ordering. InatUni Ltd shall not be liable for delays, non-delivery, or additional costs arising from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the Learner.
5. Licence to use
Grant of licence: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, InatUni grants you, whether you are a Learner or an Educator, a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, worldwide, and revocable licence to:
Access, use, and view the InatUni website, its courses, and digital content for your personal, educational, or professional use in accordance with these Terms;
Download permitted content from courses where this functionality is made available, solely to the extent necessary to use the services under these Terms;
Create, develop, and deliver content on the platform (for educators only), using your own materials and permitted InatUni content, for educational purposes or for sale to learners through the platform’s Premium Access subscription plans
This licence does not grant you any ownership rights over the website, its content, or third-party content available through the platform.
Copyright and restrictions: All content on the website and within courses is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You must comply with all copyright notices, usage restrictions, and licence conditions displayed on the website or within the content. You may not remove, alter, or obscure any copyright notices, trademarks, legal disclaimers, or proprietary markings.
Creative commons content: Some Partner Institutions /Awarding Bodies may choose to make certain course content available under a Creative commons (non-commercial) licence. Where this applies, it will be clearly indicated on the relevant course page. In such cases, the applicable Creative Commons licence terms will apply and may override certain provisions of these Terms. A link to the full Creative Commons licence will be provided with the relevant content.
Account and subscription:
Both learners and educators are allowed to create accounts on the InatUni platform.
Access to content, course materials, and platform features may require a subscription plan (such as Premium Access).
Educators may use their account to create and deliver content, offer courses to learners, and sell educational content exclusively through the InatUni platform in accordance with the educator agreement.
Learners may use their subscription to access courses, interact with educators, participate in discussions, and access premium learning resources.
Limitations:
Educators may Not distribute or sell inatuni content outside of the platform unless explicitly permitted by InatUni.
Learners may Not reproduce or redistribute content beyond personal use without prior written consent.
Both learners and educators are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
6. Your content
Learner and educator content: While using the InatUni website, courses, learning programs, or other platform services, you may submit or share content, including discussion posts, comments, notes, profile information, assignments, questions, examples, surveys, or other materials (together, “User Content”). Educators may also develop, adapt, or publish content for delivery to learners and, where permitted, offer it for sale or distribution via the platform.
Ownership of your content: You retain ownership of any User Content you create and submit. InatUni does not claim ownership of your content. Nothing in these Terms affects your rights under applicable UK intellectual property laws, including the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988.
Licence granted to inatuni: By submitting User Content, you grant InatUni a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, host, reproduce, modify, adapt, display, publish, distribute, and otherwise make use of that content in connection with providing and operating the website, courses, and related services. This licence is granted to the extent permitted under UK law. InatUni reserves the right to remove or restrict access to any User Content at any time where reasonably necessary, including to comply with legal or regulatory obligations.
Educator content and commercial use: Educators may create, develop, and sell their own content on the InatUni platform using platform tools and materials. Educators must ensure that their content:
Does not infringe third-party rights;
Complies with applicable UK law and InatUni policies;
Is original or appropriately attributed;
Respects the Code of Conduct and Accessibility and Inclusion Policy.
Your responsibilities: By submitting User Content, you confirm and warrant that:
You have all necessary rights, permissions, and licences to submit the content and allow InatUni to use it as described above;
The content is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
You are responsible for any third-party permissions or fees associated with your content; and
Your content does not infringe any third-party rights, mislead others, or breach applicable UK laws or regulations.
Legal compliance: You agree that all User Content complies with applicable laws and regulations, including UK laws relating to online conduct, intellectual property, data protection, and lawful communications. Any transfer of data outside the UK must comply with applicable data protection legislation.
Communication features: The platform may allow you to communicate with other users, instructors, partner institutions, or InatUni staff through discussion forums, messaging, or assignment submission tools.
Appropriate use of communications: You agree to use communication features only for educational, learning-related, or platform-related purposes. All communications are subject to these Terms and InatUni’s published policies.
Public nature of communications: By using communication features, you acknowledge that:
Most communications are public rather than private;
Content shared by other users or third parties is not endorsed by InatUni unless explicitly stated; and
Content may be reviewed or moderated to ensure compliance with these Terms, UK law, and reasonable platform standards.
Support and interactive services: InatUni may provide interactive services such as chat or messaging tools to communicate with support staff or partner institutions.
Monitoring and recording: Communications and interactive services may be monitored or recorded where permitted by law for quality assurance, training, security, and compliance purposes.
Public discussions and licensing: Learner Content posted in public discussion areas (forums, comment sections) may be made available under a Creative Commons Attribution–Non-Commercial / No Derivatives (BY-NC-ND) licence. Content related to assignments, assessments, or paid educator content will not be publicly shared without explicit permission.
Moderation: All User Content is subject to moderation. InatUni may remove, restrict, or disable access to content where reasonably necessary to comply with these Terms, applicable UK law, or legal obligations imposed on us as a UK-registered company.
Data protection and gdpr compliance: InatUni processes personal data contained in User Content in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Where User Content includes personal data, InatUni acts as a data controller for the purposes of providing and operating the platform, unless otherwise stated.
Personal data will only be collected and processed where InatUni has a lawful basis, including contract performance, legal compliance, legitimate interests, or consent.
Personal data will be processed fairly, lawfully, and transparently, limited to what is necessary, accurate, and kept up-to-date where reasonably possible.
Data will be retained only as long as necessary and protected using appropriate technical and organisational security measures.
Users confirm that, where they include third-party personal data, they have obtained necessary permissions or other lawful basis to share it.
Users have rights under UK GDPR, including access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, and data portability. Full details are in the InatUni Privacy Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits statutory data protection rights.
Premium access accounts: Learners and educators using Premium Access plans may access additional features, content, or subscription services on the InatUni platform. Premium Access does not grant ownership of InatUni platform tools, and all content and services remain subject to these Terms.
7. Premium access plans and upgrades
Purchase options: When using the InatUni website, learners and educators may choose to purchase:
Course upgrade: An upgrade to a specific course that provides enhanced access, features, or content beyond the free offering.
Paid upfront courses: Enrolment in a course that requires a one-off upfront payment before access is granted. This includes, but is not limited to, and Skill Bridge Courses (micro-credentials) and Growth Certs (Professional Certificate) programs / certification, or
Premium access (subscription): A Premium Access is a subscription plan that provides learners with access to a defined group of courses for the duration of the subscription period. This may include, but is not limited to, unlimited courses, Skill Bridge courses, or any other courses or trainings developed and managed by InatUni. Access to courses is governed by the terms of the subscription plan and does not transfer ownership of course content to the learner. Educators using the InatUni platform are granted access based on their premium access plan (subscription) to InatUni course and usable content and platform tools for the purpose of developing, delivering, and managing their own educational content. Educators may:
- Use the platform to create and publish their own courses or learning materials.
- Utilize InatUni-provided content, where permitted, to develop derivative courses or content for delivery to learners.
- Offer courses, trainings, or learning materials to learners for sale Exclusively through the inatuni platform.
Educators are not permitted to redistribute, sell, or otherwise use InatUni platform content or third-party content outside of the InatUni platform without explicit written permission. All premium access rights are subject to InatUni’s intellectual property, platform, and content policies.
Pricing and payment: To purchase a Course Upgrade, Paid Upfront Course, or Subscription Access, you must pay the price displayed on the relevant course or subscription page at the time of purchase. All prices include any applicable taxes, including VAT where required by law.
Educators who use the InatUni platform to Develop, deliver, and sell their own courses must pay any applicable fees displayed on the relevant course creation, subscription, or platform access page at the time of purchase. All fees include any applicable taxes, including VAT where required by law.
Access to the InatUni platform is Restricted to registered educators for the purpose of creating and managing educational content. Educators are solely responsible for the development, publication, and pricing (based on their premium access plan subscription) of the courses they offer to learners through the platform, in accordance with InatUni policies and terms of service.
Learners may only purchase courses or content As made available by educators through the platform; educators are not permitted to sell their content outside InatUni without prior written agreement.
Skill bridge courses free trial and cooling-off period: If you purchase Subscription (access) to any Skill bridge courses/s, you will receive a Three (3) day free trial period (“Free Trial Period”). You will not be charged during this period.
You will be charged automatically once the Free Trial Period ends, unless you cancel before it expires. This does not affect your statutory right to request a refund within the 14-day cooling-off period, where applicable under our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Your Subscription Access to the Skill bridge will continue until you cancel it through your account settings or until you complete the Skill bridge, at which point the subscription will end automatically.
Subscription renewals and cancellations: All subscription (access) plans renew automatically at the end of each subscription period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
You may cancel your Subscription (Premium Access) at any time via your account. Any cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will continue to have access until that time.
Payments will be charged using the payment method you selected at the time of subscription and upon each automatic renewal. No refunds or credits are provided for partial subscription periods unless required by law.
You may upgrade a subscription (Premium Access) from a basic access to a monthly plan or to a quarterly or an annual plan at any time. Any remaining value from your current monthly billing period will be credited and automatically applied toward the upper or the annual premium access plan. The annual plan will begin immediately. At present, annual subscriptions cannot be downgraded to monthly or quarterly plans.
Changes to subscription fees: We may revise subscription fees from time to time. If we do so, you will be notified in advance. Any fee change will take effect at the start of your next subscription period or billing cycle whichever is later. If you do not agree to the revised fee, you may cancel your subscription (Premium Access) before the change takes effect.
Cancellations and refunds: Refunds or cancellations may be available in certain circumstances for Course Upgrades, Paid Upfront Courses, and Subscription (Premium Access) (including Unlimited and Skill bridge). Full details are set out in our Cancellation and refund policy, which forms part of these Terms. Refunds or cancellations may be available Only in limited and specific circumstances in respect of Educator Subscription Plans, including plans required to develop, manage, or deliver courses on the InatUni platform (such as Premium Access, Unlimited, Skill Bridge, or any equivalent educator plans). Eligibility for a refund or cancellation will depend on the Type of plan purchased, the Timing of the request, and whether the plan has been Activated, accessed, or used. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, subscription fees for Educator Subscription Plans are Non-refundable once access has commenced.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law (including consumer protection legislation), Subscription fees for learners and or Educator subscription plans are non-refundable once access has commenced. Where legally required, learners’ statutory rights (including applicable cooling-off rights) remain unaffected.
Fee changes before purchase: We reserve the right to change course fees, subscription prices, or access charges at any time before purchase. Any such changes will apply immediately once published on the website and will not affect purchases already completed.
8. Promotions & discount codes
Use of promo codes: From time to time, InatUni may offer promotional or discount codes (“Promo Codes”) that reduce the price of selected courses or subscription plans, including subscription (Premium Access) and on Skill bridge courses. Promo Codes must be entered at checkout and Cannot be applied after a purchase has been completed.
Terms of each promotion: Each Promo Code is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly communicated at the time the code is issued. These terms may include eligibility requirements, usage limits, or restrictions on applicable courses or subscriptions.
Personal use and misuse: Promo Codes are issued for Individual use only and may not be shared, transferred, or used by anyone else. If we believe a Promo Code has been misused, shared, or used fraudulently or contrary to its terms, we reserve the right to cancel or withdraw the Promo Code without notice.

12. Inatuni’s intellectual property rights
Ownership of platform and course content: InatUni Ltd owns or holds the necessary licences to use all intellectual property rights in and relating to the website and the online courses and content made available through it. This includes, but is not limited to, the platform technology, software, source code, scripts, databases, text, images, graphics, audio, and video content (together, the “Online Content and Course IP”).

Assignment of rights: If, by operation of law or otherwise, any intellectual property rights in the Online Content, Courses, or the website vest in you, you agree to automatically assign to InatUni all such rights worldwide, to the fullest extent permitted by law, including any renewals or extensions of those rights.

Any claims relating to third-party content or services must be pursued directly with the relevant third party.
Events outside our control: We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to system failures, internet outages, cyber-attacks, natural disasters, pandemics, industrial action, or changes in law.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
Applicable law: These Terms, your use of the Website, and all policies issued by InatUni Ltd (whether referenced herein or not) are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and wales.
